Channing Daughters Winery announces an Artisanal Honey Tasting with Hamptons Honey Company   Saturday, February 12 1-3pm On Saturday, February 12 th Channing Daughters Winery will be hosting a honey tasting with the Hamptons Honey Company, the local artisanal producer based in Water Mill. Mary Woltz, beekeeper and Frederic Rambaud, honey maker, will be at the winery sampling a variety of their honeys. Christopher Tracy , Channing Daughters' Winemaker will also be on hand to discuss wine & honey. Hamptons Honeys will be available for purchase. Guests may drop by the winery between 1 and 3pm for honey tastings.
