Microbrews for Spring

Please join brewmaster Phil Markowski for a tutored tasting of Publick House microbrews. Phil will take us through the colors, scents, flavors and alcohol content of what he's got on tap, while telling us a bit about the history of beer and an introduction to beer appreciation. Enjoy palate-cleansing hors d'oeuvres while you explore the world of artisinal brewing. (Afterwards, stick around for dinner at the Publick House if you'd like.)
