First program to begin in Fall '05 at Ecco Farm, East Hampton , taught by Cornell Cooperative Extension Marine Youth Educators. Chef Todd Jacobs and Jennifer Jacobs have generously offered us the party for free, if we can encourage 50 Slow Foodies to stay for dinner (as well as get some help with bartending.)
