Slow Food - Long Island

Luncheon starts after the WPBX radio interview show "Live Brunch at the American Hotel with Steven Gaines". This is the beginning of Rolland's book tour, the warm up for his appearance the next day on the "Today Show". Proceeds will pay transportation costs for sending two Long Island Slow Food farmers to the International Terra Madre Conference in Turin, Italy in October.
