The
East End Convivium of Slow Food is pleased to announce a new series
of "Slow Food Market Dinners" to be held this fall, winter and spring at
various restaurants on the East End.
Our
goal with these get-togethers
is to feature the bounty of our region -- showcasing local, seasonal
foods from our farms and fish markets, paired with local wines.
At
this kick-off dinner Chef Starr Boggs will tell us about his menu. As our
first host, he is extremely enthusiastic about the concept. This may become
the first of many such dinners at Westhampton Grill.
